Stay Hydrated


Hydration is something I struggle with and I definitely don’t drink enough water throughout the day. However, I have found infusing my water has helped with this. I also purchased a Dropbottle which aids the process of infusion. Dropbottles come in a variety of colours and they’re made of glass which means they have none of the toxins associated with plastic bottles etc. Check out some of these infusion recipes and their benefits:
